Research and development activities: MFG has business operations in more than 80 markets around the world, but our products still fit the demands of individual markets. We are constantly investing in research and development activities to capture the changing demands of society and the consuming trends to create the most suitable new product lines.
Human: All MFG members are well-trained in knowledge, technical expertise, and foreign languages. We constantly seek and train the most suitable people for current and successive leadership positions.
Social responsibilities
We pioneer the implementation of social contribution commitments through the One Cent Project. We focus on supporting these vulnerable targets:
1. Ethnic minority people in remote and isolated areas, people who lack food, and children without education.
2. Families of farmers and fishermen which are in difficult circumstances.
3. Innovative projects, which are oriented to environmental protection, to promote sustainable aquaculture and production.
4. The elderly, the homeless, and the people whose lives are extremely difficult.
5. Emergency aid for people in disaster areas.

Supporting farmers

Farmers are the input providers for all products, and from the beginning, they contribute the most to the creation of the highest quality products. However, Vietnamese farmers are still struggling because their products are often bought at low prices, heavily dependent on weather conditions, and have not received sufficient supports and commitments.
